Tai Chi in the Gorge

Craig Rundell started Tai Chi instruction under Irene Akin of Hood River, Oregon, who was trained in the Yang Style-Long form at the Taichichuan Health Center in Palo Alto, California.

Craig started teaching classes in Tai Chi in 1997 and has since held Tai Chi classes at the Mid-Columbia Medical Center and at Columbia Gorge Community College in The Dalles, Oregon.  In the summer of 2014, he traveled to Hilo, Hawaii to train under Peter Tam Hoy. Craig currently teaches at Skamania County Parks & Recreation Hegewald Center on Tuesday mornings for 10:00-12:00 AM in Stevenson, WA and Thursday evenings at of Our Savior Lutheran Church on the corner of Oak and Jefferson St in Bingen, Washington from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

All skill levels are encouraged to attend and there is no cost to participate.
